I have over 5 of years of experience in planning, programming, marketing and producing events. As the VP of Brand Experience at The Independent Lodging Congress, I was in charge of spearheading the company growth strategy through event programming, marketing and strategic partnerships for 8 industry events across 6 markets. I lead all creative brand offerings from event curation and production to digital marketing, including 2 full company re-brands and working directly with PR partners to garner press coverage. In 2020 I successfully launched a pivot to digital, programming Instagram Live sessions to continue educating and connecting the community. While working with ILC, I was able to grow annual revenue by 80% and event attendance by 134% over just a 2-year span.
